Exhibition: Time to eat! Good health on the menu
10 panel exhibit
Eating is one of life’s greatest pleasures.
A good diet makes for good health. Scientific studies consistently show that what we eat plays a vital role in our health. A vast number of illnesses are the result of an imbalanced diet. Yet eating well is not so difficult: the key is to favour certain foods and cut down on others.
